Privacy policy

This policy describes how Bashyal Team, operated by Aadarsha Bashyal (“we”), handles information on aadarshabashyal.com.np and in applications published under the Bashyal Team name. It is written to match current practices. It does not invent advertising, analytics, or data-broker relationships that are not in use.

Information this website collects
You can read public pages without creating a website account. The website does not require a passport, government ID, or similar document.
When you use a form, we store the fields you submit:
- Contact form: name, email address, topic, and message.
- Account deletion form: name, email address, application, optional reason, confirmation, timestamp, and a request ID.
Those records are visible to administrators only. They exist so we can reply or complete a verified deletion. We do not sell this information.
Administrator sign-in uses email and password. Passwords are not stored in plaintext. Session data is used only to keep an administrator signed in. When the production Firebase project is connected, Firebase Authentication holds credentials.
Firebase services
Public content (application listings, updates, FAQs, site settings) lives in Cloud Firestore. App icons and screenshots are stored as URLs in those records — this website does not use Firebase Storage. Hosting is provided by Firebase Hosting when the site is deployed there. Firebase App Check may be enabled later as an additional client integrity signal; it is not a substitute for access-control rules.
This website uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand, in aggregate, which public pages are visited and how the site is used — for example page views, scroll depth, and clicks on links, buttons, and forms. This is used only to improve the website. Analytics does not receive your name, email address, contact messages, deletion-request details, passwords, or any form contents; events are recorded without personally identifying information. IP anonymization and the disabling of Google's advertising signals are configured in the Firebase console, the administrator area is not measured, and this website does not use advertising SDKs or advertising identifiers.
Application data
Each published application can include a data-safety summary on its page. Those summaries describe what that specific app stores. In general, apps that offer accounts may use Firebase Authentication and may store profile details and app content such as reminders.
Notifications and device information
Birthday Reminder Pro may request notification or alarm-related permissions so that reminders can be delivered on the device. Those permissions are granted or denied on the device. This website does not receive a live feed of notification contents.
Advertising
If an application later uses AdMob or another advertising SDK, the application record and this policy will be updated to say so. Advertising identifiers are not listed here because they are not part of the currently disclosed product behaviour.
Sharing
We share information with infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf, notably Google Firebase when connected, and if required by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not post contact messages or deletion requests publicly.
Retention and deletion
Contact messages are kept long enough to handle the request. Deletion-request records may be retained in a limited form for audit and abuse prevention after the underlying app account is removed. Application data associated with an account is deleted after a request is verified and completed, except where a short operational record is needed to show that the request was handled.
Submitting an email address on the deletion form does not by itself prove ownership and does not immediately destroy an account. See the account deletion page.
Security
Access to administrative data is limited to signed-in administrators. Transport uses HTTPS in production. No security practice is a guarantee against every incident; see the security page.
Children
Bashyal Team applications and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact contact.bashyalteam@gmail.com.
International visitors
Information may be processed in the country where you use the service and on infrastructure operated by Google Firebase, which can involve processing outside Nepal. If you need a copy, correction, or deletion of information we hold, email contact.bashyalteam@gmail.com or use the forms on this site.
Changes
When practices change, this page will be updated. The “last updated” date at the top is the public marker.
