Account deletion
This page is the public web resource for deleting an account created in a Bashyal Team application, including Birthday Reminder Pro. You do not need to install the app again, and you do not need to create a new website account, to submit a request.
What happens after you submit
- The form is validated and stored with a unique request ID and a timestamp.
- The request starts in status Requested. It is not an immediate deletion.
- An administrator reviews the request and may mark it as needing verification.
- After ownership is verified through a secure process, the request can be approved and then completed.
- Associated application data is removed according to that app’s data practices. A limited audit record of the request may remain.
This sequence exists so that a stranger cannot delete someone else’s account by guessing an email address. Google Play requires a working external deletion path for apps that create accounts; it does not require that the path be unprotected.
What may be deleted
For Birthday Reminder Pro this typically includes the Firebase Authentication account associated with the verified email, reminder records, theme preferences, and profile fields stored for that user. Device copies of data are outside the server-side deletion.
What may be retained
A short operational record of the request (request ID, application, timestamps, outcome) may be kept to handle disputes and prevent abuse. Passwords are not stored in that record.
In-app path
When Birthday Reminder Pro is installed, use Settings → Account → Delete Account as well. That in-app route should point users here or perform the same verified process. The two paths are complementary.
