Terms of service

These terms apply to aadarshabashyal.com.np and to applications published by Bashyal Team, owned by Aadarsha Bashyal. By using the website or an application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The service

The website provides information about Bashyal Team software, support contact, privacy documents, and a public account-deletion request form. Applications such as Birthday Reminder Pro provide the features described on their listing pages. Features that are not listed should not be assumed.

Software availability can change. An application marked In development or Coming soon is not a promise of a release date. Store buttons appear only when an official store URL is configured.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or applications to abuse other people, attempt to access accounts you do not own, submit automated spam to forms, probe for security weaknesses beyond good-faith reports, or reverse-engineer services in order to disrupt them. Do not submit deletion requests for accounts that are not yours.

Accounts

Where an application offers email and password accounts, you are responsible for the password and for activity on that account. Website visitor accounts are not required to read public pages. Administrator accounts are private and are not offered as a public product.

Intellectual property

The Bashyal Team name, application names, logos, banner artwork, and site content are owned by Aadarsha Bashyal unless otherwise noted. You may not copy the brand or the software for redistribution. Application screenshots and icons displayed here are for identification of the official products.

Third-party services

The services may rely on Google Firebase, Google Play, and device notification systems. Those providers have their own terms. Bashyal Team is not those companies and does not speak for them.

Advertising

If an application shows ads, that will be disclosed in the app listing and privacy policy. These terms do not create an advertising relationship that does not exist.

Limitations

The website and applications are provided as available. Reminder software can miss a delivery when a device is offline, permissions are denied, or the operating system restricts background work. Bashyal Team does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search rankings, or particular store performance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bashyal Team is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and termination

These terms can change; the date at the top will move when they do. We may stop offering an application or a website feature. You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion where accounts exist.
